BBRG (Pty) Ltd is committed to making bbrg.co.za and our learning platform usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we act in the spirit of the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act 4 of 2000 and section 8 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

SECTION 1 – WHAT WE DO

We use sufficient colour contrast between text and background. All functionality is available from a keyboard. Images carry descriptive alternative text. Pages have descriptive titles and a logical heading structure. Forms have visible labels. Video content in our learning platform is accompanied by transcripts or captions where available. Buttons and links use clear, descriptive labels that make sense out of context.

SECTION 2 – KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Some programme materials are supplied as PDF downloads which may not be fully accessible to screen readers. The printed workbook is a physical product and is not available in an accessible digital format. If you need a document in an alternative format, contact us and we will provide it within a reasonable time.

SECTION 3 – THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Our website is built on the GoHighLevel / LeadConnector platform and payments are processed by PayFast. We do not control the accessibility of those providers’ own interfaces but we select and configure them with accessibility in mind and will raise issues with them on your behalf.
