Effective: 18 September 2026. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA) are not affected by anything in this policy.

1. DIGITAL PROGRAMME PURCHASES (THE FRAMEWORK; THE FRAMEWORK + COHORT)

   1.1 Because our programmes are digital content that is made available to you immediately after payment, and because you consent at checkout to immediate access, the 7-day cooling-off right in section 44 of ECTA does not apply once you have logged in to or accessed any programme content (ECTA section 44(4)).

   1.2 If you have not accessed any programme content, you may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout.

   1.3 Other than as set out in 1.2 and section 2 below, programme purchases are non-refundable. This includes where you change your mind, do not complete the programme, or do not attend live sessions.

2. 6-MONTH PAYMENT PLAN (FIXED-TERM AGREEMENT)

   2.1 The payment plan is a fixed-term agreement of six months. In terms of section 14 of the CPA you may cancel it by giving us 20 business days’ written notice.

   2.2 On cancellation: (a) all monthly payments already made are retained, because each payment purchased the module(s) already unlocked to you; (b) a reasonable cancellation penalty equal to one further monthly payment is payable, as permitted by CPA section 14(3)(b)(i); (c) no further modules will be unlocked and your access to the programme ends at the end of the notice period; (d) no further payments will be collected after the penalty.

   2.3 Where a scheduled payment fails and is not remedied within the period set out in our Terms of Service (section 5.4), we may pause access until payment is received. A pause is not a cancellation; the agreement and the remaining payments continue unless cancelled under 2.1.

3. WRONG PRODUCT PURCHASED

   3.1 If you purchased the wrong programme or the wrong payment option, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at [email protected] and before accessing any programme content. We will move you to the correct product and charge or refund the difference. After content has been accessed, clause 1.3 applies, but we will still assist you to upgrade.

4. PRINTED WORKBOOK (6-MONTH PROPERTY INCUBATOR)

   4.1 You may return the workbook within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, provided it is unused, unmarked and in its original condition (ECTA section 44). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. The original delivery charge is not refunded.

   4.2 If the workbook is delivered damaged, misprinted or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will, at your election, replace it or refund it in full including delivery (CPA sections 55 and 56). This right lasts for 6 months from delivery.

   4.3 Where the workbook was supplied at no charge with The Framework + Cohort, a return under 4.1 results in no refund of the product price (which was R0) and a damaged copy is replaced under 4.2.

5. DIRECT-MARKETING COOLING-OFF

   If you purchased as a result of direct marketing from us (for example, by clicking a link in a marketing email or message), you may cancel within 5 business days of purchase under CPA section 16 and receive a full refund, less the value of any physical goods not returned in original condition.

6. HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID

   Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method via PayFast within 10 business days of approval. We will confirm in writing when the refund has been processed.

7. HOW TO REQUEST

   Email [email protected] with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.

8. DISPUTES

   If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (www.cgso.org.za, 0860 000 272) or the National Consumer Commission.
