SECTION 1 – WHAT COOKIES ARE

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage and tags. We refer to all of these as “cookies”.

SECTION 2 – HOW WE USE THEM

We use (a) strictly necessary cookies, which make the website, cart and checkout work and which do not require your consent; and (b) optional cookies for analytics and advertising, which we only set if you click “Accept all” on our cookie banner (Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, section 11(1)(a)). The banner defaults to “Necessary only” until you choose otherwise.

SECTION 3 – COOKIES WE USE

Strictly necessary: set by our website platform (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel) for page delivery, form submission, shopping cart and checkout security. Duration: session to 12 months. Consent not required.

Preference: a single local-storage value that remembers your cookie choice so the banner does not reappear. Duration: until cleared. Consent not required.

Analytics (optional): Google Analytics – measures pages visited and time on site. Duration: up to 13 months. Only set after “Accept all”.

Advertising (optional): Meta Pixel – measures conversions from Facebook and Instagram advertising. Duration: up to 90 days. Only set after “Accept all”.

Where an analytics or advertising tag is not installed on our site, no such cookie is set even if you accept all.

SECTION 4 – MANAGING COOKIES

You can change your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the website footer, or by deleting cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working.

SECTION 5 – THIRD PARTIES AND CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS

Analytics and advertising providers may process your data outside South Africa, including in the United States. See section 7 of our Privacy Policy at bbrg.co.za/privacy-policy on cross-border transfers.
